This privacy notice outlines how Coiniverse Oy ("Coiniverse") handles personal data related to our online survey “Coiniverse coin collecting survey 2024 - Shape the future of coin collecting”. We collect anonymous feedback, experiences, and opinions about coin collecting to improve our services.

• Survey responses about coin collecting habits, wishes, and opinions. 

• Optional: Contact details (e.g., email address) solely for participation in the raffle. 

Raffle Participation 

Providing your contact details for the raffle is entirely optional. If you choose to take part, your information will be used only to contact you if you win and will be securely deleted by the end of May 2024. 

Data Use 

Coiniverse will use survey data to better understand customer needs and preferences. We will not use your contact information for marketing or sales purposes. 

Anonymity 

Unless you provide contact details for the raffle, your survey responses will remain completely anonymous and cannot be linked to you. 

Data Storage and Deletion 

• Survey Responses: Stored anonymously and securely. 

• Raffle Contact Details: Retained only for the duration of the raffle and deleted by the end of May 2024.

While we primarily collect anonymous data, you still have the right to:
